Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School is being conducted this week, Monday July 26 through Friday, July 30. All kids Pre-K through the sixth grade (those who just finished the sixth grade) are encouraged to be there and to bring friends with them.

VBS begins each day at 9:00 AM, and is over at 11:45 AM.

Wednesday Evening Bible Study and Prayer Meeting Site Changed
The Wednesday night Bible Study is now meeting in the fellowship hall. The Bible study begins each Wednesday at 7:00 PM.

Kid's Summer Fund Day is set
A bowling trip to Texarkana has been planned for our children, on Monday, August 16. They are asked to meet at the church at 9:00 AM and to bring $15.00 to cover the cost of bowling, a meal, and snacks.

Wednesday Morning Coffee Club
The Wednesday Morning Coffee Club will begin meeting again in the fellowship hall on Wednesday, August 4, at 6:30 AM. The meetings were temporarily stopped because of work being done to refurbish the fellowship hall.

Rock Solid workers meeging
Rock Solid Workers will meet on Sunday, August 1. All adults who work with the Rock Solid Youth Ministry are asked to meet in the fellowship hall at 7:00 PM, following the Sunday evening worship service.

Rock Solid Events
The Six Flags makeup trip will be taken on Friday, August 6. This trip is for all SOAR attendees. The Six Flags trip during the SOAR trip was postponed because of the weather.

Rock Solid Youth will hold a "Teen Crusade" on Sunday, August 15 through Wednesday, August 18. Each night will feature a different event or speaker. See the "Youth" page for more details.

Rock Solid will begin meeting again on Sunday evenings on August 22, with the beginning of the new Guys and Girls ministries.
